To learn
This service will allow you to understand and learn how the circadian rhythms work and how they regulate your body.
Through a presentation, I will explain what are the circadian rhythms, how they influence your sleep, why is sleep so important and what you should do to follow your internal clock.
Specific advice about your company's issues will also be addressed.
This will allow you to better organize your working days and improve tasks you undertake.
These seminars can be held at any time within your structure and are not limited in size.
To understand yourself
During these workshops you will be able to complete questionnaires in order to better understand your rhythms, and their involvement in your daily activities.
After more detailed analyzes, we will evaluate the sleep hygiene rules that needs to be adopted according to your results. You will be able to understand and listen to your body and thus improve your life quality on a daily basis.
It is strongly advised to carry out this workshop after the seminar. Either directly after the latter, or at a later date.
This workshop will only be given for groups of less than 40 participants.
To study
This service consists of 4 steps:

Subjective assessment of your biological rhythms for 2 weeks using questionnaires via an app.

Seminar within your structure with recommendations to follow on a daily basis.

Subjective re-evaluation of your biological rhythms for 2 weeks after the intervention, with the possibility of light therapy.

Comparison of the change of pace between the two recording and discussion of the results.
This service can be provided at any time within your structure. However, the group will be limited to 20 participants.
The Workshop and Evaluation parts can be done in small groups but also individually with a fixed price according to the number of employees.
In view of the current situation, Clock & me also offers to help individuals while staying at home.
After carrying out a sleep assessment via scientific validated questionnaires, we will re-evaluate your rhythms, your daily lifestyle and we will give you adapted advice to improve your well-being on a daily basis.

In addition to a shift in your rhythm, stress and anxiety can be largely responsible for your sleep problems. They are often the cause of your unexplained nocturnal awakenings.
This is why we also offer you a 2-in-1 solution available by visioconference or face-to-face in Strasbourg area* , including:

Your sleep questionnaires analysis followed by 1 hour interview for your sleep assessment

A 1 hour introductory sophrology session where you will learn practical exercises adapted to your needs. You will also be able to do them at home to reduce your daily stress and have a peaceful sleep.
The Sophrology session will be given by my collaborator Mrs. Frédérique Collin (RNCP certified Sophrologist).
